Programs Offered

Children 5 to 11 Years Old

For Children ages 5 to 11, We offer our junior program. This program centers around self- defense methods, esteem, discipline, focus, leadership skills, self control, setting goals, practicing, and teamwork. In general, no matter what the era, our pupils will be stronger, have better health, and a powerful mind body connection.

Teen and Adult App

The adult program is for Ages 12 and up. The adult program is taught by Ed Parker. Attributes of the mature program include awareness in road situations, elementary self defense practices, basic self defense practices, explanation of concepts and principles used in self defense techniques, and general basic fitness.
